The exhibition in the courtyard of the Glyptothek and virtual at the link presents the sculptural heritage of the Glyptothek HAZU and archival materials documenting the state of emergency in the museum and damage to museum buildings as well as damaged museum objects in the earthquake of March 22 and December 29, 2020. The museum buildings are part of the former large industrial complex of the former leather factory and represent a separate value as a protected cultural asset. The collections of the Glyptothek of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts are unique, and the value of exhibiting and preserving Croatian sculpture lies in the fact that it is the largest and most systematically collected collection that provides an overview of the development of Croatian sculpture from antiquity to modern times.
